Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
